We collect specific data from our users, this data is used to provide a good user experience on our platforms(website and mobile app). We will however never share any data collected from you with any third parties without your consent unless required to do so by a legal government obligation. Some of the data will be displayed publically or will be accessible by our third-party partners as indicated below.

Below is a list of data we may collect as you use our platforms:
- Your name/names- this will be required when creating an account and will be displayed publically
- Your email address- the email address will be needed when creating an account, it will not be displayed to the public and will only be used to notify you about activities related to your account
- A Phone number will be required for each car request added to the site, it will also be displayed to users with a premium account
- Password- will be required when creating an account and only you have access to this
- To search for cars near you or to add a car and provide its location, you will be required to enter the location on the map
- For anyone planning to post cars on our platform, they will have to grant access to their camera and media storage
- Cookies data- we use cookies to track the usage of our services and store such information. Here are the three types of cookies used and their purpose, Session cookies are used to store data as you browse, Preference cookies, if you have certain preferences on our platform, we might store this information to improve your experience, Security cookies will be used for security purposes
- We also track pages that each user visits on our platforms using third-party services(mainly Google Analytics), this information will not be shared with any third parties
Use of Data
- To notify users about activities related to their accounts
- To create a unique way of identification for each user on our platform
- To allow access to certain services that require the creation of an account such as in-built chat or posting on our platforms
- To provide customer care services
- To understand users’ interaction with our service, measure performance and make improvements on our services from the assessments
Disclosure of information
We do not disclose your data to any third parties unless in the following cases:
- Other third parties websites that we partner with(such as Google) might track your preferences to display relevant ads to you.
- Legal requirement- we may disclose your information if required to do so by a court of law or a legal government obligation. Such cases include an investigation of a dispute arising from the use of RanMac Motors services, an investigation of possible wrongdoing in connection with our service, to protect the safety of users or the public, and defending the rights or property of RanMac Motors.
Transfer and storage of data
Data collected is securely stored on third-party servers, unless the data is among those indicated to be displayed publically, no one will have access to the data except our administrators. The data is securely transferred through encryption.
Account Deletion
If you already have an account on our platforms(website or App) and would like it deleted, you can send this request to our Admins through one of the following emails:
