Crown is among the few Toyota cars that are in the luxury class. The comfort you get in the car is definitely top-notch. Legroom is great on both rows, the headroom is also okay. The seats hug you making your ride in this car very enjoyable. The cabin is also well insulated from noise, also, you get high-tech features in this vehicle.

Driving experience

The car driving experience is good. It handles very well even around corners even at high speed. The automatic transmission also gives the driving thrill that lacks in most modern cars models that come with a CVT. The engine performance is also something to go by. In general, you are going to enjoy driving the Crown.

Reliability

Crown is a reliable car as far as it is maintained and taken care of. The cost of spare parts is slightly high. Even so, the cost of maintaining the Toyota Crown can not be compared to that of maintaining other executive cars in its class, it is much lower.

The Bottom Line

Toyota Crown Price in Kenya 2022

The Crown is seen as one of the best Japanese cars ever made, first built in 1955. This car has been with us for more than 50 years and still going strong. The Toyota Crown was originally designed to be a taxi cab, but after several modifications, it is now considered a luxury sedan.

The main reason why this car is rated highly in Kenya is the power to weight ratio, which is extremely good. The Crown has a very well-built engine that can accelerate quickly and at the same time keep the car stable when doing so. Acceleration 0-100km/h is around 6 seconds with 250 horsepower under the hood, this means it’s almost as powerful as other sports cars like Audi TT or BMW Z4.

Toyota Crown is not just a pretty body on the outside, it offers comfort and good fuel economy as well. The suspension system of the Crown is built to last for many years without being changed, it’s great for long trips or even daily driving. As far as safety goes it has 6 airbags in front, seatbelt pre-tensioners and ABS brakes.
